All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This is a registered delivery that requires a signature upon delivery.

Delivery charges include postage, packing and insurance costs.

Delivery charges apply to Mainland UK destinations only, which include mainland UK, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

For delivery outside Mainland UK destinations please call us on 01524 61111 or email for delivery charges.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt; you should receive your order within 2 – 4 working days thereafter. We ask that you allow up to 7 days from placing your order for delivery. Please note that any amendments to an order may affect the delivery date initially quoted.

In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order, we will contact you by email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order. All delivery dates quoted are estimated and may be subject to change.

Delivery as a Gift

Why not select a gift and have it beautifully wrapped and delivered to any UK mainland address on your behalf. By selecting the 'Gift Wrap' option before checkout you can have your item gift wrapped and delivered direct to the recipient ready to enjoy!

Don’t forget when you checkout to enter the recipients address in the delivery details and write a personal message for your gift card.

Returns

Whilst we hope you are delighted with your purchase, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage and any gift wrapping costs). Simply return the item to us within 14 days of the original dispatch date by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the following address:

You need to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, along with proof of original purchase.

The items should be carefully wrapped and sent back using registered mail to provide you with proof of dispatch. The risk in returning the goods will remain with the Buyer until received and accepted by Arteria Ltd.

Please note we can only accept items back in perfect condition. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing or damaged, will not be replaced or credited. Similarly, any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

Once we have received the returned goods a refund will be made to the original payment card charged.

If you are returning a gift sent to you from another party, a refund will be available if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and is received by Arteria Ltd within 14 days of the original dispatch date. If the item is returned from a gift purchase you will be issued with a credit note.

All goods are insured in transit by the courier, any claims for damages during transit must be made to the courier at the time of delivery. You should check on signing for the goods that the packaging is in good condition, if it is not then you should open and inspect the goods before signing. If subsequently you find the goods to be damaged you should make the claim to the courier.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty you need to inform us by email within 3 working days; please call us on 01524 61111 or email quoting your order number and an explanation of the fault.

The goods then need to be returned to us within 14 days of original dispatch by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the following address:

You need to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, along with proof of purchase and details of the fault. Once we have received the faulty goods a replacement will then be posted to you.

Cancellation

You have a statutory right to cancel your contract anytime up to 7 days from the day after you receive your order. Please let us know if you would like to cancel your order by sending an email to .

Lost Goods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 14 days of placing the order, send an email to or ring 01524 61111 (please quote your order number). We will then take up the matter with Royal Mail and will rectify the problem immediately.

Availability of Items

In the event that we experience an usually high demand for a particular item which delays the normal delivery terms, we will contact you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If the item ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price, or the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
